This form must contain the date of arrival and flight number of the animal. The department recommends that at least three days in advance of the animal's scheduled arrival that the importer give the International Animal Quarantine Station at the port of arrival confirmation of the arrival flight or any changes in the arrival flight or date. This notice may be given by email, phone or by letter.
