Entering the warmly-light Roman trattoria, you may notice the new wall art, the dry ager and the salad and charcuterie marble table out front, which doubles up as a fresh pasta-making table during the day. The kitchen has been brought out front to the open, and accommodates the solo or couple diners who like sitting at the "chef's table" watching their food being prepared. This seating also provides a tete-a-tete with new head chef, Miro Mattalia.
