» Thailand is certainly not the best place in the world to make a living. The country's average monthly wage of 15,340 baht sits well below the global average of 46,440 baht. Even when we factor in the relatively cheap cost of living and other benefits of living in Thailand, 15,340 baht is still peanuts.
