Moreover, she was behind the success of VIVIN, her husband's fine food specialist grocer, which recently opened a mini boutique in Gourmet Market at The EmQuartier. On top of it all, she manages to find time to contribute as a freelance writer for various English-language publications. My, that's a lot. We talked to Sam about how she managed to do it all, as well as her passion for Thailand's dining scene.
