» On April 27th, 2023, Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (Office of the NBTC) hosted the 3rd bilateral meeting with the President of the Office of Electronic Communications (UKE) of the Republic of Poland, telecommunications regulator of Poland. Office of the NBTC and UKE signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on November 20th, 2013, and established a cooperation framework for regulating the telecommunications sector. The MoU aimed to promote free and fair competition, improve the quality of telecommunication and information technology services, protect consumer rights in telecommunications business, develop technological innovation, and facilitate international cooperation.
