Guru, Napamon Roongwitoo, Published on 25/03/2016

» Each day, we hear about a "new" diet plan that promises to help us shed excess weight in a week. Each plan follows a different philosophy - some make sense, some don't. Most of us can never stick to a diet for more than a few weeks, and the weight is often regained in just a few days.

The importance of a safety harness

Life, Napamon Roongwitoo, Published on 12/06/2012

» When my son was born, I could hardly wait for him to learn to walk on his little feet, because I thought it would make my life easier not having to hold him in my arms when we go out. I forgot to consider the fact that when children learn to walk, it doesn't mean they will walk in the direction we want them to.
