    » I can't help but think that all the discussion, comments and opinions on the use of crash helmets on motorcycles, and the proposed ban on tot pillion riders is somewhat academic. No matter what traffic rules and regulations exist to boost road safety, drivers and riders alike ignore them, with police enforcement rare and sporadic at best. All we have to do is look at how successful the new law to prohibit the use of mobile phones while driving has been. It’s pathetic!
