» Fashionistas and Dior fans crowded the lobby of the Emporium shopping centre recently to celebrate the opening of the new-look flagship boutique Dior Emporium. The management felt the original store was getting too claustrophobic, so they took over additional space and totally redesigned the interior, breaking down the 411 square metre space into walk-through rooms for an intimate salon atmosphere.

Watchareewan "Ploy" Tomas, a 14-year-old girl from Thailand, has proven that this is not true by winning a silver medal in the discipline of bouldering _ a type of rock climbing wall _ at the 2011 SEA Games. Moreover, Ploy became the country's youngest athlete to win a medal at the Games.
