» For the fourth time in four tries, North Korea has conducted a glorious missile launch that explores the bottom of the sea. The spectacular flameout of the three-stage rocket last week showed two significant differences with the past. Pyongyang tried to involve the foreign media in its mostly discounted claim to be trying to launch a satellite. And the regime, a mere four hours after the rocket blew up, actually admitted the failure. It is tempting to mock and laugh at the explosive failure of such an absurd event, but serious issues are at stake _ of war and peace.
