The story hit the news and caused a public outcry and from what I know, at least three similar incidents have since become public knowledge.

    » For the past 30 years I’ve had the duty of preparing the weekly medication for my 97-year-old grandma. Each day she takes approximately 10-15 pills for diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, peripheral neuropathy, among other ailments. Some of the pills are prescribed, others aren’t.
