    » 1 Art gallery, bar and tattoo shop Maison Close BKK will be hosting a special art exhibition, Ero Guro, at their venue tonight, 8pm. It will focus on the Japanese artistic movement of "ero guro", which uses grotesque images of spirits and sexuality to portray eroticism, sexual corruption and decadence. The movement began in Japan in the 1930s. The exhibition will feature works from some of the best contemporary ero-guro artists, including Toshio Saeki, Suehiro Maruo and more.

    » Earlier in September, Japanese video-game fans enjoyed the Tokyo Game Show 2016, known as the biggest consumer game show in the country, where thousands of games both well-known and obscure are showcased on the convention floor for thousands of attendees to see. Among the thousands of game developers there were Thai company MAD VR Studio, who was there to showcase their first game, a horror game set in a Thai hospital, Araya.
