ยป Great to see the letter from Jan Servaes, especially as his position with Unesco had been communication for sustainable social change. As he very politely pointed out Thailand appears to have no respect for the institution of marriage especially if one partner happens to be a non-Thai. At a time when Immigration is often stating that visitors and stayers need to have the correct visa it seems that they themselves don't wish to supply you the pertinent document.
