» Not being a huge fan of opening or closing ceremonies _ although the sport in between is fine _ I studiously ignored Danny's Boyle's production to launch London 2012. Well, not really. The cold truth is that I simply fell asleep before it started _ after all it was 3am in Bangkok and Crutch hasn't got the stamina for dawn-breakers these days.
