It is not entirely new, actually, but it was only recently that time-starved urbanites turned their attention to this high-intensity workout DVD series that promises to give them a better body by exercising 25 minutes a day, five days a week, as opposed to the general recommendation of spending 30-60 minutes in a sweat session.
