» Due to the rapid pace of Bangkok's urbanisation other neighbouring provinces, including Pathum Thani, have also grown. Two urban design projects focusing on Thanyaburi district in Pathum Thani are included in the exhibition "Transforming Thanyaburi: Creative & Innovative Urban Futures In Pathum Thani" on view at 6060 Arts Space. "Transforming Thanyaburi" was created by Thammasat University students from the Urban Design & Development International Programme (UDDI) at the Faculty of Architecture and Planning.

» At the Thailand Animator Festival 6 (TAF6) last month, organised by Sputnik Tales Studio and the Office of Contemporary Art and Culture under the Ministry of Culture, animations Little Miss Dungjai, Play With Me, The Blue Curtain, Nowhere and A Roadside Story were among the 10 winners selected from 192 entrants.

» On show at Warin Lab Contemporary art gallery, the "Reincarnations III – Ecologies Of Life" project by Ruangsak Anuwatwimon is a site-specific work. The art gallery is the former home of Dr Boonsong Lekagul, a medical doctor and the first ecologist in Thailand to advocate the need to preserve endangered animal species in the country.
