It's a big deal to an extent because for the first time it includes quite a few big, rich Western countries (France, the UK, Canada and Australia). It is the dream that was once called "transfer" and is now known as "relocation". In its broadest form it includes the expulsion of all Arabs from the lands now controlled by Israel.
