Nato 1.0 is dead. Long live Nato 2.0

News, Gwynne Dyer, Published on 17/02/2026

The Trump melodrama: Relief is at hand

Oped, Gwynne Dyer, Published on 22/08/2025

» Nobody had been bothering for the past three years, but then along came Donald Trump, determined to shape a "peace deal" between two countries about which he knows little and cares less. Why? Oped, Gwynne Dyer, Published on 28/11/2022

Norway, oil and the issue of climate change

Oped, Gwynne Dyer, Published on 02/10/2021

The Saudi population, now 35 million, is growing by two-thirds of a million a year, and the country already imports 80% of its food. They'd be starving in a few years if they stopped pumping.

Trump speaks for racists, not all of US

News, Gwynne Dyer, Published on 16/01/2018

» Poor US President Donald Trump. He was simply asking for information, and they're all over him as if he were a racist thug. His choice of words was unfortunate, but the angels rejoice when an ignorant person seeks enlightenment. We should take his question seriously and answer it for him.
