It's called "home automation" and these home automations come together to make a "smart house" -- you know, like a smartphone. That means you can set up every aspect of your home so that it automatically does stuff for you. In other words, it's a lazy person's dream. You can also control it via your phone or hands-free through an AI assistant whether it be Siri, Google or Alexa, as long as it's all connected to the Wi-Fi.
