Here in Thailand, caretaker Transport Minister Chadchart Sittipunt has emerged as an unlikely top meme, possibly due to his cartoonish personality and seeming willingness not to take himself too seriously. Photos of the senior politician have gone viral and Chadchart meme stickers have been downloaded on a massive scale even though some users apparently have no idea who he is.
