These are among the seemingly endless complaints made against water monitor lizards by the many people who use Lumpini Park for workouts and recreation. After extensive complaints, the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration decided to remove the "uneasy on the eyes" animal from the park last month.

» It's "rear-end backwards" time again in Thailand. While the rest of the world enjoyed the Thai tourism video made with khon figures, including the Thai community here in California, only the Thais in Thailand complained. Oh ye of narrow vision and little faith. Wake up and see Thailand for what it really is, and how it is perceived, certainly not a country of only beautiful beaches and temples.
