Find your Zen

Life, Kanin Srimaneekulroj, Published on 10/01/2018

» Powerful, ultra-thin laptops are beginning to make a mark, offering impressive performance for efficient and portable machines. Asus' ZenBook Flip S (ux370) proves this point, with an Intel i7-7500U processor, 8GB of RAM and a generous 512GB SSD. As a laptop, the ZenBook Flip S is great, with an impressive screen, keyboard and track-pad making the device a pleasure to use. While the device does run a little warm, even with just general use, the overall experience was still quite positive.

Life, Kanin Srimaneekulroj, Published on 27/12/2017

» After last year's delightful Moto Z modular phone, one of the more interesting models in its price-range, it's a wonder why Motorola even bothered to release something like the Moto X4 this year. » It's not easy learning art when you can't see. For many blind or visually-impaired students in a regular school curriculum, art class can become a tedious and limited affair. While they may be able to memorise names and dates for a quiz, blind students can struggle to keep up with their visually normal peers in more practical tasks or assignments, creating a gap between the capabilities of visually-impaired and regular students.

Bad, bad fun

» Transformers: The Last Knight, the fifth instalment in Michael Bay's film franchise, is just bad. It's as simple as that. In the spirit of absolute fairness, however, I must admit that it is also probably the most fun I've had with the franchise in years.

And a child shall lead them

Life, Kanin Srimaneekulroj, Published on 09/06/2017

» In 1989, the world was sent reeling following the horrifying massacre at Tiananmen Square, when the Communist regime of the People's Republic of China (as ironic today as it was all those years ago) ruthlessly mowed down hundreds of unarmed pro-democracy protesters. The massacre sent a stern message to the people of China as well as the entire world from the regime: the Communist Party will not be swayed by dissension of any kind, and will eliminate those standing in its way.
