» Visitors stand in long queues at the Sadao immigration checkpoint in Songkhla, one of Thailand's first five Special Economic Zones (SEZ). Thanks to the good condition of roads and convenient public transportation, it's easy for people to travel by land between Thailand and Malaysia. Visitors from Thailand can continue their journey further south to Langkawi, Penang (see the box), Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia, and even to Singapore.
