» ที่ บริเวณด้านหลังห้างสรรพสินค้าบิ๊กซี พัทยาใต้ ต.หนองปรือ อ.บางละมุง จ.ชลบุรี กลุ่มผู้ให้บริการ Grab Food จำนวนกว่า 100 คน ได้มารวมตัวกันชูป้ายประท้วงและหยุดรับงานบริการ ทั้งนี้เพื่อเป็นการเรียกร้องและยื่นข้อเสนอให้ทางแกร็บฟู้ด ทำการปรับค่า ตอบแทน และพิจารณาการปรับค่าอินเพชร รวมถึงเพิ่มค่ารอบให้กับสมาชิกใหม่ หลังจากที่ผ่านมาพบว่ามีการคิดค่าตอบแทนที่ไม่เหมาะสม เนื่อง จากหลังจากการคำนวณระยะทางแล้วปรากฏว่าไม่สัมพันธ์กับรายได้ในการวิ่งงานแต่ละรอบ นายณรงค์ศักดิ์ สุขสงวน อายุ 30 ปี 1 ในสมาชิก Grab Food พัทยา เปิดเผยว่าการมารวมตัวของผู้ให้บริการ Grab Food ในครั้งนี้ ก็เพื่อเรียกร้องให้ทางบริษัทปรับเปลี่ยนคิดค่ารอบของการให้บริการของสมา ชิกใหม่เพื่อให้มีความเหมาะสม เพราะถึงแม้ที่ผ่านมาจะเคยมีการปรับเปลี่ยนค่าตอบแทนมาแล้ว แต่ก็ยังมองว่าน้อยเกินไป แม้ว่าที่ผ่านมาผู้ให้บริการ Grab Food พัทยา จะพยายามเข้าใจบริษัทว่าได้รับผลกระทบจากสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของเชื้อโรคโควิด-19 ซึ่งทุกคนก็อดทนทำให้ด้วยใจมาตลอด แต่ปัจจุบันค่าตอบ แทนที่ผู้ให้บริการ Grab Food พัทยาทำอยู่มองว่าน้อยลงไปทุกที แม้ว่าล่าสุดเมื่อเดือน พ.ย.62 จะมีการปรับค่าตอบแทนจาก 50 กว่าบาทเหลือ 30 กว่าบาทและมาให้สมาชิกเก็บสะสมคะแนนเพื่อจะได้โบนัสมากขึ้น โดยสมาชิกที่เก็บสะสมเพชรได้ 250 เพชรขึ้นไป จะได้เพชรเม็ดละ 30 สตางค์ คิดเป็นเงิน 75 บาท รวมกับค่ารอบที่ได้อีก 30 บาท แต่กรณีนี้ทำให้สมาชิก Grab Food พัทยาจากเดิมที่วิ่งได้ 1,000 กว่าบาท/วัน กลับ มาเหลือแค่ 300-400 บาท/วันเท่านั้น ซึ่งไม่คุ้มในการที่เอารถเรามาวิ่ง ให้บริการ เพราะจะมีค่าใช้จ่ายในส่วนของค่าสึกหรอของรถ ค่าน้ำ ค่าไฟ ค่าใช้จ่ายประจำวัน ดังนั้นในวันนี้สมาชิกที่มารวมตัวกันจะหยุดบริการทั้งวันโดยไม่รับออเดอร์ของลูกค้าใดๆทั้งสิ้น ส่วนที่ออกมาเรียกร้องในครั้งนี้คือต้องการให้รายได้จากการทำงานมันพออยู่ได้ คือ เปลี่ยนค่ารอบบริการจาก 30 บาท ไปเป็น 35-40 บาท ส่วนค่า intensive ไม่ต้องการให้ตัดออก ไป และอยากให้บริษัทพิจารณาค่ารอบ ค่าอินเพชรใหม่เพื่อให้เกิดความเหมาะสมมากกว่านี้ มีรายงานว่าสำหรับบรรยากาศทั่วไปเป็นการรวมตัวของกลุ่ม Grab Food พัทยากว่า 100 คน โดยเป็นชุมนุมโดยสงบ ไม่มีการกีดขวางการจราจรแต่อย่างใด จะมีเพียงการถือป้ายที่ระบุข้อความต่าง ๆ อาทิ Grab หน้าเลือด เป็นต้น
