» 08.30 น. นายอนุทิน ชาญวีรกูล รองนายกรัฐมนตรีและรัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงสาธารณสุข คณะผู้บริหาร พร้อมด้วยกองบัญชาการตำรวจสอบสวนกลาง ร่วมกันแถลงผลการปฏิบัติงานจับกุมเครือข่ายขายยารักษาโควิดเถื่อน กว่า 2,300 กล่อง หรือ 80,000 เม็ด มูลค่ากว่า 10 ล้านบาท หลังได้รับเบาะแสว่า มีการลักลอบจำหน่ายผ่านทางออนไลน์ จึงทำการล่อซื้อ สืบสวนจนแน่ชัด ก่อนออกหมายจับ ผู้ต้องหา 3 คน ข้อหาร่วมกันขายยาแผนปัจจุบันโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และร่วมกันขายยาที่ไม่ขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยา นายอนุทิน กล่าวว่า ยารักษาโควิดเถื่อนที่ยึดมาได้คือ ยาฟาวิพิราเวียร์ ยาโมลนูพิราเวียร์ ยาเรมเดซีเวียร์ และยาพ่นจมูกที่มีส่วนผสมของ Nitric Oxide ซึ่งยาทั้งหมดนี้ผู้ต้องหาลักลอบนำเข้ามา ไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบจากด่านอาหาและยา ไม่ได้ขึ้นทะเบียนตำรับยา ไม่ผ่านการพิจารณาคุณภาพ และประสิทธิภาพ โดยพฤติการณ์ของกลุ่มผู้ต้องหา คือ ไหว้วานคนรู้จักชาวอินเดียให้ซื้อ ส่งมาจากอินเดียเข้าไทย และยังทยอยหิ้วติดตัวเข้าประเทศด้วย ซึ่งทำแบบนี้มา 2 เดือนแล้ว นายอนุทิน ย้ำชัดว่า ผู้ป่วยโควิดไม่ควรซื้อยาต้านไวรัสจากออนไลน์มากินเอง เพราะปัจจุบันยังเป็นยาที่ควบคุมพิเศษ เพราะผู้ผลิตยังขึ้นทะเบียนใช้ในภาวะฉุกเฉิน จึงต้องสั่งจ่ายโดยแพทย์ หากซื้อยากินเอง มีโอกาสได้ยาปลอม ไม่มีคุณภาพ ยืนยันว่า กรทะรวงสาธารสุขมียาต้านไวรัสเพียงพอสำหรับผู้ป่วยทุกคน แต่การจ่ายขึ้นอยู่กับดุลยพินิจของแพทย์ และแพทย์ก็ไม่ได้ขี้เหนียวยาPublished caption : Deputy Prime Minister and Public Health Minister Anutin Charnvirakul holds a vial of remdesivir, one of 8,000 illegally imported antiviral drugs from India worth about 10 million baht yesterday.
