Prosecuting a country's 'CEO' a risky move

If so, national leaders -- like ousted premier Yingluck Shinawatra who is undergoing a criminal trial for implementing the supposedly loss-ridden rice-pledging scheme -- could face the same prospect of punishment for a flawed project.
