» PHRAE: Police have found the bodies of a British millionaire and his Thai wife after three men confessed to their murder and claimed her brother paid them 50,000 baht to kill them.เมื่อเวลา 14.00 น. วันที่ 25 กันยายน 2561 พล.ต.ท.พูลทรัพย์ ประเสริฐศักดิ์ ผบช.ภ.5 ร่วมกับนายนิพันธ์ บุญหลวง รองผู้ว่าราชการจังหวัดแพร่, พันเอกชินทัศ หมวกละมัย รอง ผอ.รมน.จังหวัดแพร่, พล.ต.ท.สรรภัทร ปราบพุฒซาผบก.ภ.จว.แพร่ และ พ.ต.อ.สมชาติ เป้าพาณิชย์ รอง ผบก.ภ.จว.แพร่ ร่วมกับเจ้าหน้าที่พิสูจน์หลักฐาน ชุดสืบสวนสอบสวน ร่วมกันแถลงข่าวการจับกุมตัวผู้กระทำผิดในข้อหาร่วมกันฆ่าผู้อื่นโดยไตร่ตรองไว้ก่อนซึ่งก่อนหน้านั้นเมื่อเวลา 11.00 น. ได้นำทีมเข้าพื้นที่เกิดเหตุ บ้านเลขที่ 207/4 หมู่ 6 ต.ช่อแฮ อ.เมืองแพร่ จ.แพร่ เพื่อทำการขุดค้นหาผู้สูญหายทั้งสองคน คือ นายอาลัน สก็อต ฮ็อค อายุ 64 ปี และ นางหน็อต สุดแดน อายุ 61 ปี สองสามีภรรยาที่หายตัวไปตั้งแต่เมื่อวันที่ 18 กันยายน 2561 ที่ผ่านมา ใช้เวลาขุดเกือบชั่วโมงจึงพบศพของทั้งสองคน โดยจุดที่พบนั้นเป็นจุดเดียวกับที่ทำการขุดค้นหาในวันแรก ซึ่งในวันแรกนั้นทำการขุดลึกลงไปเพียง 1 เมตร แต่วันนี้มีการนำรถแบคโฮขนาดใหญ่เข้ามาและขุดลึกลงไปถึงเกือบ 2 เมตร จนพบร่างของผู้เสียชีวิตทั้งสองคน โดยเจ้าหน้าที่พิสูจน์หลักฐานร่วมกับหน่วยกู้ภัย ช่วยกันนำร่างของผู้เสียชีวิตทั้งสองคน ขึ้นมาเพื่อตรวจพิสูจน์ และใช้ผ้ากั้นเพื่อไม่ให้เห็นภาพผู้เสียชีวิตขณะที่นำร่างขึ้นมา ในเวลาเดียวกัน ก็ได้มีการเชิญตัวญาติของทั้งสองคนมาตรวจสอบร่วมกัน จากนั้นจึงได้ส่งร่างของทั้งสอง เพื่อชันสูตรที่โรงพยาบาลแพร่ และได้มีการนำตัวผู้ต้องหาคือนายเปี้ย คำใส หรือเสือทอง อายุ 63 ปี นายกิตติพงษ์ คำวัน อายุ 24 ปี ชาวอำเภอวังชิ้น จังหวัดแพร่ ซึ่งรับสารภาพว่าร่วมกับนายวารุต ลงมือสังหารสองสามีภรรยา โดยนายเปี้ยฯ หรือเสือทอง เป็นคนลงมือยิงนายอาลัน ขณะที่กำลังจะเดินลงไปให้อาหารเป็ดในเล้า โดยทำการซุ่มรอเวลา จนนายอาลันเดินมาถึงจุดแล้วลงมือยิงด้วยอาวุธปืนลูกซองสั้น ที่บริเวณหน้าอก ขณะเดียวกัน นายวารุต หรือหนานหนัด รัตนสัจจะกิจ พี่ชายของนางหน็อตฯ ก็ร่วมลงมือสังหารน้องสาวตัวเองโดยนายกิตติพงศ์ฯ เป็นคนล็อคตัวนางหน็อตฯ ไว้ เพื่อให้นายวารุตฯ ใช้อาวุธคือคีมหรือประแจซึ่งเป็นอุปกรณ์ที่อยู่บริเวณโรงจอดรถที่หายไป ฟาดลงไปที่ศีรษะของนางหน็อตฯ จนเสียชีวิต และร่วมกันนำร่างของทั้งสองคน มาที่บริเวณริมลำธาร และใช้รถแมคโครซึ่งเป็นรถของนายอาลันฯ ที่ใช้ในการทำสวน นำมาขุดเพื่อฝังร่างของทั้งสองลงไปพร้อมกัน จากนั้นนายวารุตฯ หรือหนัด ก็ไปส่งทั้งสองคนที่อำเภอวังชิ้น จังหวัดแพร่ และให้เงินค่าจ้างเป็นเงิน 50000 บาท จึงย้อนกลับมานำรถยนต์ฟอร์ด สีขาว สี่ประตู ทะเบียน กต 3181 แพร่ ซึ่งเป็นรถของนายอาลันฯ และนางหน็อตฯ ไปขายต่อในกลุ่มที่รับซื้อรถผิดกฎหมาย ซึ่งขั้นตอนในการขายรถไปให้ใครหรืออย่างไรนั้นไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวกับการเสียชีวิต ก็จะมีการสอบและตั้งข้อหาเป็นกรณีไปพล.ต.ท.พูลทรัพย์ ประเสริฐศักดิ์ ผบช.ภ5 กล่าวว่า วันนี้ได้มีการรวมรวบพยานหลักฐานที่เพียงพอแล้ว ได้ไปขอหมายจับจากศาลจังหวัดแพร่ มีนายวารุต หรือหนัด รัตนสัจจกิจ ซึ่งเป็นพี่ชายของนางหน็อตฯ ซึ่งเสียชีวิตแล้ว และนายเปี้ย คำใส ซึ่งเป็นผู้ทีใช้อาวุธปืนยิง นายอาลันฯ ถึงแก่ความตาย และนายกิตติพงษ์ คำวัน ซึ่งร่วมกับนายเปี้ยฯ ฆ่าทั้งสองคน เราสามาถจับทั้งสามคนเรียบร้อยแล้ว และได้แจ้งให้รับทราบการจับกุมแล้ว โดยการแสดงหมาย นายเปี้ย และนายกิตติพงษ์ รับสารภาพทั้งหมด แต่นายวารุตฯ นั้นยังภาคเสธ บางส่วนรับ บางส่วนไม่รับ รับว่านายวารุตฯ เป็นคนจ้างวานจำนวน 50,000 บาท ที่นายเปี้ย และนายเปี้ยนั้นก็เอาไปให้นายกิตติพงษ์ฯ จำนวน 3,000 บาท ส่วนสาเหตุนั้นเป็นเรื่องในครอบครัวตัว นายหนัดเป็นผู้ชักชวนให้น้องสาวคือนางหน็อตฯ และสามี มาอยู่ที่เมืองไทย ซึ่งตอนแรกทั้งคู่จะไปอยู่ประเทศสเปน ก็อยากจะให้มาอยู่ที่เมื่อไทยอยู่กับญาติพี่น้อง ภายหลังมามีเรื่องกระทบกระทั่งกัน นายวารตุฯ เขาบอกว่าเขาเองก็อึดอัดใจบางครั้งกล่าวว่าเขาในหลายๆ เรื่อง มีปัญหากันแต่ละครั้งน้องสาวคือนางหน็อตฯ ไม่เคยเข้าข้างพี่ชาย จะคอยเข้าข้างสามีตลอด ทำให้รู้สึกไม่ชอบใจ ไม่พอใจ สะสมมาเรื่อยๆ จนถึงจุดหนึ่งจึงมีการวางแผนทำร้ายกันPublished caption::Police dig to find a murdered couple, a Scottish man and his Thai wife, buried beside a creek in Phrae yesterday.
