» ยังไม่มีบริษัทใดรับเป็น เจ้าของ ท่อน้ำมันยักษ์ ยืนยันพบ คราบน้ำมันคล้ายยางมะตอนในท่อ ข้อมูลล่าสุด บริษัทผลิตท่อ อยู่ที่ อเมริกา(13 ก.พ.61) นายบุญส่ง จารึก ผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 5 ต.ปากคลอง อ.ปะทิว จ.ชุมพร กล่าวว่า จนถึงเวลานี้ยังไม่มีหน่วยงานใดหรือ บริษัทใดมาแสดงตนว่าเป็นเจ้าของท่อน้ำมันยักษ์ ที่ถูกคลื่นซัดขึ้นมาเกยหาดบางเบิด มีเพียงเจ้าหน้าที่จาก อำเภอปะทิว สำนักงานเจ้าท่า และ สำนักงานพลังงาน ของชุมพรที่เดินทางมาตรวจสอบ และเก็บข้อมูล ขณะที่ท่อยังถูกคลื่นซัดไปมาตามหาด“จากการใช้มือล้วงเข้าไปในท่อ พบคราบน้ำมันสี่ดำคล้ายยางมะตอย ซึ่งตนก็ได้แจ้งกับเจ้าหน้าที่จากสำนักงานพลังงานทราบแล้ว “ขณะนี้มีความเห็นจากผู้นำชุมชนว่า น่าจะลากท่อทั่งหมดขึ้นไว้บนฝั่ง เพราะถ้าปล่อยให้คลื่นซักไปมาอาจจะมีผลกระทบต่อหาดทรายได้ ถ้าไม่มีบริษัทใดมาแสดงตัวรับเป็นเจ้าของ ทางผู้นำชุมชนหลายคนเสนอว่า น่าจะขอไว้ทำเป็นแนวกันคลื่นบริเวณหัวแหลมบางเบิด ซึ่งปกติจะมีเรือประมงเข้าจอดเป็นประจำนายบุญส่ง จารึก ผู้ใหญ่บ้านหมู่ที่ 5 ต.ปากคลอง ยังกล่าวว่า ลักษณะของทะเลอ่าวบางเบิดเป็นหาดทรายยาวลงไปในทะเล ไม่มีปะการัง ส่วนข้อสันนิษฐานว่าท่อมาจากที่ใดยังไม่แน่ชัด แต่จากข้อมูลของชาวประมงเคยเล่าว่า เคยพบท่อดังกล่าวลอยอยู่ในทะเล เนื่องจากท่อจากยางเป็นส่วนใหญ่และจะลอยปริ่มน้ำ มีเพียงส่วนข้อต่อเท่านั้นที่จนน้ำลึก จึงเป็นไปได้ว่าท่ออาจจะตกหล่นระหว่างการเคลื่อนย้ายทางเรือ หรือ ถูกคลื่นซัดหลุดมาจากใต้ทะเล ของบริษัทน้ำมันแห่งใดแห่งหนึ่ง ก็เป็นได้จากการตรวจสอบโดยละเอียด พบว่า ท่อมีเส้นผ่านศูนย์กลาง 80 เซนติเมตร มีทั่งหมด 14 ท่อน ความยาวท่อนละ 11 เมตร ความยาวรวมเหล็กข้อต่อระหว่างท่อได้ความยาว 154 เมตร ข้อต่อแต่ละท่อนมี น๊อตยึด 22 ตัว ส่วนข้อความที่จะพอตามหาที่มาของท่อได้ มีเพียงสัญลักษณ์รูปสมอเรือพร้อมภาษาอังกฤษ OIL & MARINE และ MANULI บนพื้นสีขาว ส่วนด้านล่างมีตัวอักษรภาษาอังกฤษ GMPHOM 2009 ID 500 mm RWP 15 bar 2016581 12/2016 SINGLE CARGASS และตัวหนังสือภาษาอังกฤษจากการตรวจสอบ ข้อมูลแหล่งผลิตท่อ ได้รับการยืนยันจาก แหล่งข้อมูลที่เชื่อถือได้ว่า บริษัทผลิตอยู่ อเมริกาPublished caption::Pipe dreams... » Just last month I visited Wonnapa beach in Bang Saen, Chonburi. We drove past a seller who was busy arranging her freshly caught pu ma (blue crab). Priced at 150 baht per kg, it was cheaper than what you would see elsewhere. But these crabs are tiny and apparently not worth all the cleaning, cracking open and picking to get at the small amount of meat. Furthermore, buying them means you are supporting the fishermen to catch immature animals.
