» The government wants the Council of State to rule that it can cancel the satellite concession of Thaicom Plc of Shingapore, formerly known as Shin Satellite; the permanent secretary of the Ministry of Censorship, Sue Lor-uthai, was truckling to Deputy Prime Minister Suthep Thaugsuban, founder of SuthepNet, the country's fifth most powerful mobile phone company also known as Thai Mobile; Mr Suthep had suggested he wouldn't mind cancelling the Shingaporean company's satellite monopoly, although it doesn't have the power to do that _ yet.
