The disgraceful saga of Thai police started at the end of last month when a Chinese tourist shared a video clip of four police officers offering her an unauthorised VVIP service on social media. My ex-colleague's daughter was one of those who were eventually admitted to Srinakharinwirot University. Others who were rejected still had a chance to win in the university's direct admission process, which will be announced later this month.
