» A truck driver found a dead man’s body on a Huay Yai fruit plantation and immediately informed the police. Investigators described the remains as those of a Thai man, around 25, with a pink Polo shirt and black pants. He had 100 baht in one pocket and a bracelet with the word “Engineer” written on it. Police said they had no leads, speculating the man may have been a student as his shirt carried the logo Intanai Summer Camp. The corpse was sent to the police autopsy laboratory.

Hans Krifpian and Somying Boonbamrungslip both died instantly, according to a doctor attached to the Sawangboriboon volunteer rescue squad. Police said they appeared to be rushing to Somying’s residence but did not notice the bridge at a bend in the road.
