» His Majesty the King has instructed the Fine Art Department to increase the number of tiers on royal umbrellas for the cremation of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejraratana Rajasuda to seven.Director-general Somsuda Leeyawanich said yesterday a seven-tiered umbrella is the highest that can be bestowed on a prince or princess.
