The updated new interior design sees the restaurant now decorated with pleasant earth tones, brand new mostly wooden flooring and a comfortable mix of furniture from padded armchairs to high-back stools. The overall distinctly Thai effect, with a touch of the contemporary, is a renewed sense of warmth and charm. The addition of an open-air terrace comes complete with rattan furniture and a living wall, for added guest convenience. In fact, all of the first floor restaurants of the Rembrandt Hotel, on Sukhumvit Road, have undergone major renovations and are looking better than ever, after their facelift. In addition to a new look and feel, however, their Thai restaurant Red Pepper has furthermore been relaunched with a brand new focus. The Red Pepper menu is now centred around Thai seafood dishes, packed with authentic, full flavours.
