After checking -in the flight with my airline for Atlanta, USA. on Feb. 2, around 10:00 PM. To my surprise, the Thai official ladies who minding the entrance let every passenger go in without paying airport tax. At first I was a little hesitate ( didn't know what's going on. ). Then the Thai officer announced " It's free, no need receipt." Upon hearing that I joined the rest of the crowd .
