But time is running out, and the International Monetary Fund warns that any further delays in implementing policies to mitigate global warming will only add to the economic cost of the transition to a low-emissions economy. Her team's work is just one of many initiatives tried by the locals in a bid to keep the herd from causing damage to the community.
