» Twenty years ago, I noticed that every time I emerged from the forest after a long trek the first thing I craved was cola. To put a stop to this "addiction", I quit drinking all kinds of carbonated beverages from then on. Years later, every time I was on an overseas assignment I'd catch myself wishing I could have brought a bicycle along. But this time instead of quitting biking, I began a personal quest for foldable bikes in order to make my fancy come true.

Then again, with your thoughts probably already on the beaches and the island ahead of you by that point, perhaps you have never noticed those seemingly uninteresting hills off the highway.

» When I was little, my mother bought me a tricycle. It didn't look as cool as the bikes older boys were riding but I couldn't blame her because what she did seemed like a logical first step. After all, three wheels were evidently easier to handle and thus safer than two wheels.

And this weekend, there are so many exciting events bike-aholics can choose to attend. As for me, the Club11 Time Trial competition, which is taking place this Saturday, is now balancing precariously on top of the list.
