» Today is the first day of Songkran and we know what you're thinking: "Where should I celebrate the Thai New Year for some fun-soaked festivities?". There are tonnes of places where you can spray water and dab some scented powder on to others, or if staying dry is your thing, there are events dedicated to that, too. The good news is that the city is going to be an all-out water war zone in a few weeks. Aside from that, there are plenty of things to do during this summer. But if you're scatterbrained like us, can't organise yourself and will probably end up lounging on the couch eating a tub of ice cream (which is not a bad idea, actually), you can stop fretting. We've compiled a summer to-do list for you.

» Better Moon Café x Refill Station has a peculiar sounding/looking name. The first part is pretty straightforward, the second refers to their eco-friendly programme where customers can bring plastic containers to be refilled with different products ranging from shower gel to dishwashing liquid. They're also a guesthouse. We've featured their refill station in a previous issue, but since we're Guru, we couldn't just pass up on giving their café's menu a try.

» Bangkok is more than just cute cafes, endless malls, rooftop bars and boutique hotels. In a country that lies within the conservative spectrum, few can only go so far as to push boundaries. Therefore, we rounded up some of the places that cross the line of edginess and are a bit out there. For something completely different, go to these places that boldly go where no others have gone before.
