BOI witnesses signing of MOU between Changwon Industry Promotion Agency and MiC-T

» Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), witnessed the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Changwon Industry Promotion Agency and Machinery Industrial and Supporting Cluster Thai Trade Association (MiC-T) at Grande Center Point, Terminal 21, on 23 June 2022.The parties also discussed cooperation in promoting investment between Thailand and South Korea, especially in the electric vehicle and other Thailand targeted industries which would further strengthen the cooperation under the MOU the BOI signed with Changwon in 2019.

» Mr. Narit Therdsteerasukdi, Deputy Secretary General of the Thailand Board of Investment (BOI), together with Ms. Ratchanee Wattanawisitporn, Executive Director of Foreign Investment Marketing Division, welcomed Mr. Sheung-Yuen Lee, Director of Hong Kong Economic and Trade Office, and Mr. Peter Wong, Regional Director, South East Asia and South Asia, Hong Kong Trade Development Council, on 7 July 2022, to discuss the cooperation between Thailand and Hong Kong in promoting investment in digital and creative industries as well as development of human resources and startups. Thailand’ latest measure to attract high-potential foreign investors through its new Long-Term Resident Visa (LTR visa) was included in the discussions.
