Charter readings done 'by year end'

» Parliament is expected to finish the readings of the constitution amendments by the end of the year, so the cabinet can ask the Election Commission (EC) to start the referendum planning process by mid-January next year, Prime Minister's Office Minister Paradorn Prissanananthakul said yesterday.
