    » From May 13-21, the Atthamee Bucha ceremony will be performed at Wat Phra Borommathat Thung Yang in Lap Lae district, Uttaradit province. Held eight days after Visakha Bucha Day, which falls on the full-moon day of the sixth lunar month, for over five decades in this northern province, this event depicts the cremation of the Lord Buddha and is rare in Thailand.
