    Tales of the tiny

Life, Karnjana Karnjanatawe, Published on 20/05/2019

ยป The size of a leafroller moth is small. It's a mere 1-1.5cm from the tip of the left to the right wing. It may be overlooked by many, but not by Nantasak Pinkaew. The 45-year-old moth taxonomist has found two new tortricid moth genera -- Sirindhornia and Kasetsartra -- and 27 species in the past 18 years. At present he is a lecturer at the Department of Entomology of Kasetsart University and the only expert in leafroller moths in Thailand.
