ยป When you walk into 7-Eleven and head over to their refrigerated items (usually where those quick meals and sandwiches are), you'll find vanilla and chocolate eclairs that are pretty good. The only problem is that "cream puffs" would be the more correct term to describe them. An eclair has an elongated, oblong shape that's filled with cream but also topped with icing, and this is the misconception that Lightning Choux is setting out to correct.
