» Oil tankers of up to 1,000 gross tonnes must be equipped with a Vessel Monitoring System (VMS) and provide Port-In/Port Out (PIPO) reports to port authorities by July 13 in a bid to prevent their involvement in illegal fishing, says the agriculture minister.
