» I came across Kiki Made's booth about a year ago at a Kolour In The Park do and I remember being so blown away; usually at music festivals you'll get some really unhealthy food that just adds to that awful hangover you really don't need. But there was Kiki, a vision, handing out bowls of goodness that made many tummies sing. So, when I heard she had finally opened up a bowl bar in Ekamai at the Light Room -- a whitewashed room with tall ceilings, white painted bar stools and white mannequin heads and torsos dotted behind the bar -- I went. Immediately.

If you've ever been to one of his classes you'll know how fuelled with energy he is — the type that motivates you to keep going. Working in the finance industry (for 18 years) marked a time when he experienced dwindling energy, held excess weight and had no standard exercise routine. Falling in love with rhythm cycling was what changed his life. And now he just keeps going.
