Having attended the School of the Oriental Hotel Apprenticeship Programme particularly for the restaurant operations and bartending course, he has been passionately mixing and pouring drinks for patrons at a number of Bangkok’s top bars and gained hands-on experience from many masterclasses. Now the brand ambassador of Bacardi Thailand, the 28-year-old Watcharapong doesn’t only concoct drinks for work. He is an avid bar equipment collector and an alcohol history enthusiast.
