» Amid the colourful Mr Men and Little Miss gang stands an unfamiliar character: he's wearing round specs, striped socks, mint-green shoes that contrast with his purple body and he's got a massive quiff of a hairdo. Who is he anyway — Mr Fashion? Almost, but since he's known to "check out his hair in every reflection he can find" according to brazen British fashion designer Henry Holland, it's only fitting that he would be called Mr Quiffy.
