    » The Royal Thai Embassy in Yangon recently joined with Degree Lighting, a Thai manufacturer and distributor of lighting products, and Myanmar's MK Group, to organise a charity project called "Lights For Shwedagon". The project raised funds to build four specially-crafted chandeliers, which were installed in each of the four main pavilions marking the four cardinal directions _ north, south, east and west _ leading towards the highly-revered Shwedagon Pagoda.
