There has to be a pretty good reason to trek downriver when there are perfectly excellent Italian restaurants in the middle of town. Besides the fact that a 20-minute cruise on the Anantara's shuttle boat is an exponentially more attractive prospect than sitting in Sukhumvit traffic for any length of time, Brio, happily, offers plenty to warrant a trip to The Other Side.
