» SET-listed satellite operator Thaicom is unlikely to launch the Thaicom 9 satellite according to its original plan this year, as US-based satellite manufacturer Astranis has informed it of a delay in the production process of the satellite set, which includes Thaicom 9.
TC Space Connect bags orbital slot

» The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) yesterday awarded only the right to use the 50.5° East slot -- out of three proposed slots -- to TC Space Connect, a subsidiary of Thaicom as it deems that its bid proposal complies with the awarding terms and conditions of such a slot.
