» September 25, 2025 — True Corporation, in cooperation with the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC), inspected mobile and broadband service quality following the road collapse in front of Vajira Hospital on Samsen Road. Three Cell-on-Wheels (COW) mobile base stations were deployed to boost 5G/4G coverage, ensuring continued communication for local residents, patients, relatives, and government officials. Free WiFi has also been provided at the Incident Command Post (ICP) and Dusit District Center, while True Online customers in the affected area are being supported with 10GB of free mobile data for three days and round-the-clock network monitoring. Both True Corporation and NBTC reaffirmed their readiness with an emergency communication plan covering a 1–2 square kilometre radius, should an evacuation be required for public safety.
