Horror show

Guru, Suthivas Tanphaibul, Published on 29/10/2021

» Have you ever imagined what your days would be like if scenarios of the horror films took place in real life? We have seen many metropolises in movies that were doomed by the deadliest fictional disasters or the undead, but how about Bangkok? Will we be lucky enough to survive the catastrophes? Think no further, because we have made up scenarios about how Bangkokians will, or will not, pull through a post-apocalyptic world that is inspired by horror tropes we know and love. Plus, we gather spooktacular ideas for Halloween costumes and a list of films that would send shivers down your spine this Halloween.

Exploring lesser travelled paths

Guru, Pornchai Sereemongkonpol, Published on 18/05/2018

» Ray MacDonald is a Thai-Scottish actor/model/TV host who first came into the public's radar as the eccentric co-host of Teen Talk on Channel 5 back in the 90s (sorry, if this reference makes you feel old). He went on to star in many films, commercials and appear on magazine covers. But lately, it seems he has been bitten by the travel bug and can't get over it, resulting in travel shows with unique spins that he has produced and hosted. Food Tribe on LINE TV (three new episodes from Wednesdays to Fridays), his latest effort, yet again showcases his passion for exploring the paths less travelled. He visited tribe people in different parts of the world and went super local, and by that, we mean he lived, hunted and ate with them. Though Food Tribe is half way through, we think you will miss out on something if you don't give it a look. If that doesn't make you want to watch, we spoke to Ray, too.
